Friends, I would like to recommend you a driver named Ravan, an amazing and unique man.We were with him all over the central region (Ella, Nuwara Eliya, Kandy, Sigaria and Dambulla) and he was crazy.
He helped us with everything we needed, helped us close good hotels, good restaurants, stopped at all the beautiful views on the way,beyond that he very patiently explained everything to us.I really wanted to see elephants in the wild, and he did everything to make it happen (got up with me at 5 in the morning and looked for elephants with me until we found them).

We could not be more pleased with our driver, Nalaka, from Happy Ceylon tours.
He is an experienced driver and made us feel safe on the road in his nice car right for the start, and the entire trip.
We had planned a trip from Colombo, around in the cultural triangle with endpoint in Kandy.
Nalaka is a kind, reflected and calm person that you really feel wants the best for his customers. From the first night he made sure that we found the right accommodation for us. Further on he would also help us plan how we could get as much out of our days as we wanted.
All the way he would answer any question we had about Sri Lankan culture and heritage. He is a knowledgeable man who could tell us about Sri Lankan agriculture, politics, schools, daily life and ancient history. We really think this made us get to know both Nalaka and the Sri Lankan people better.

Ruwan was supposed to be our driver for 3 days, but ended up becoming our friend! Ruwan was careful on the road and made stops if we needed. He also gave us useful information about our route and told us interesting facts about the country and its attractions. He helped me in the city of Polonnaruwa and told me a lot about these places. Ruwan was polite and punctual. The car was comfortable. At the end of the vacation, we met Ruwan again and he took us to the airport. We really enjoyed everything about this trip! I can recommend Ruwan and his team with complete confidence.
